CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY CST
A gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiologic body system called the craniosacral system — compromised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. Using a soft touch of generally no greater that 5 grams, or about the weight of a U.S. nickel, practitioners release restrictions in the craniosacral system to improve the functioning of the central nervous system by complementing the bodies natural healing processes, CST is increasing used as a preventative health measure for its ability to bolster resistance to disease, and is effective for a wide range of medical problems associated with pain and dysfunction, including:

Marissa Grant is our Registered Dietitian with a Masters in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Pittsburgh. She believes that focusing on nutrition will give you the proper fuel for your body, helping you perform at your highest level and maximizing your health, fitness or athletic goals.
Through education and empowerment to change, she will work with you to create the tools you need to understand and embody healthy eating and become the best version of yourself!
