Achieve Real Wellness

Real People. Real Results

At Better Bodies we are extremely proud of our dedicated team of athletes, instructors, and trainers. We make it a point to hire people who love fitness and people that are excited to help our clients achieve all their health and fitness goals. Even with all that we accomplish at Better Bodies, it’s not all work and no play here. We are truly a fitness family, and that makes the this best work(out) environment you can imagine!

I’ve been working out here daily for the past few months. It’s rarely ever crowded and has a lot of good people. There are no rude individuals who think they own the gym or certain machines. The treadmills just got fixed which is a plus. It is a little expensive compared to some other places, but it’s convenient and you get additional services like lockers and towels included.

I am a huge fan of Better Bodies. Mitch and his crew are welcoming and friendly. The gym is well stocked with everything I need and exceptionally clean which is important during this pandemic. I personally prefer the smaller intimate gym like Better Bodies vs the massive type gym that feels so impersonal. But fan of Better Bodies!

Carl Smith

Being a former NCAA athlete it was important to me to be able to train everyday and on my own schedule. Mitch and the other trainers always took care of me and provided an unparalleled customer service experience as well as a great facility to train and better myself. I would recommend Better Bodies to anyone from a novice up to a competitive athlete.
